The gathering began shortly after noon with a blessing from Bishop Douglas Theuner, retired Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of New Hampshire, and a song from the Lakota tradition.  A General Assembly soon reached a decision that the group would remain at Veterans Park for the afternoon manchester 10-15-11 015 and move to Victory Park at 5 PM, in accord with an agreement reached with city officials.
